Chapter 2: Grand Director Galileo.
Data
The space probe is in many pieces. We have been dissecting it for hours. There is not much to gain from its design or structure. It may have some value for the archeologists. Only the data storage center and control systems remain that may have something to offer that can salvage this investment of time and effort by providing something that may be interesting, perhaps worthwhile. It is large and must contain a lot of something. I have hope. They have been removed from the shell of the vessel. The memory system is physically large and does not appear efficient.
“We will need to make an interface to see what it contains,” I tell the others.
